The very last paragraph of this page that I have linked here (quoted below) states that not only do we have to start consuming VCO, but we must make sure that we are replacing all other fats with VCO if we are to begin to see those weight loss results. What do others on this group think? I think many, including myself, have just been trying to add the VCO in .. following along with their " regular " diet .. " What this theory also states, however, is that coconut oil should be used as a replacement for other fats, and not in addition to it. If you take coconut oil in addition to your normal diet, do not expect to see results.
