Hi

I have most of Bruce Fife's coconut books & love them all. Got about

half of them read now. Have been using coconut oil for quite awhile

now & love it. I have it on my toast, mix is half n half with butter

on my popcorn, fry in it & any other way I can think of using it.

I use it on my body, my hair and when I get home from work I rub it in

my feet. Sure makes them feel better & so soft. When I go out in the

yard to work, I put it all over arms, face & what ever part will be

exposed to the sun. It protects your skin & you don't need to use

those chemically laden sunblockers. Plus, I have the most beautiful

tan all summer long. I'm 63, very fair complexion and now I never

ever burn using my coconut oil. It protects your skin. So wonderful.

Have a great evening everyone, Kathy D

I was able to attend the Medical Forum conducted by VCO Philippines

last saturday at SM Megamall.

It was really informative and I was convinced to try using/taking

Virgin Coconut Oil and see what difference it can give me.

During the Forum " VCO is for all ages " , there were testimonies from

people who have used VCO and cured from their illnesses.

There were so many uses of VCO like as a facial scrub when combined

with sugar, Body scrub when combined with rock salt, as moisturizer,

lotion, sunblock etc.

I was now convinced to try it and see how it would really work for

me.

Well, as a moisturizer I would say it was effective.

Regards,

Louie
