Guest guest
I'm 41, from Nebraska. I've been diagnosed with hypoglycemia and hypothyroidism so I have to be careful with my eating anyway. I have found that eating less, but more nutritionally, is the best way to control my blood sugar (which is obvious but easy to ignore). I prefer to eat between 1000 and 1200 calories. I'm barely 5'4 " and not big boned. I've been eating this way since diagnosed in 1997. I am looking to meet with others who eat this way and to share ideas of new foods, recipes, support, etc. Le Sheridan
