Rodney thanks for answering my question. I have been reading some in the

Archives about set point and other metrics for CRON.

My take, from reading is that if I follow the program my weight range will be

between 144.5 and 153 pounds (10 to 15 percent below 170). My body fat

percentage should be below 10 percent and BMI around 20. But, get some blood

work to see if everything is in the normal range.

I am starting from 212 so I should lose weight at a pace of 1 pound a week for

the next 60 weeks but expect some kind of plateau around 170 pounds.

I noticed that established CRONies have particularly low resting heart rates and

low blood pressure. Is this a result of CRON??? I am impressed with the blood

profiles and other metrics. Really wow!
