Help with the Interactive Diet Planner

I requested help awhile back and cdonegan was very helpful with the

Foods portion. Now I have questions on the Recipe option: If I bring

up the Megameal Manicotti, the ingredient amount says 1 serving. How

does this relate to the 4 servings referred to 3/4 of the way down?

What is the purpose of changing the ingredient amount? (just to

customize the recipe?)

Does the " Add from categories " allow me to add ingredients to

customize a megameal? Why would I want to do that?

In the ingredient section (amount, 1 serving, ingredient name) what

is the relationship between the amount and 1 serving? What is the

relationship between these and the ingredient amount above and the #

of servings (4) 3/4 of the way down?

How do I use the ingredients listed to come up with 4 servings?

If I change the # of servings 3/4 of the way down, I don't see

anything else changing?

What is the purpose for the " serving size " button and how do I use

it?
