Guest guest
Peg: thanks. (I'm blushing). I'm just as human as anyone. In fact it took me years after I first read Walford to actually go on CRON. I bemoan those wasted years. > My favorite news channel describes itself as " fair and balanced. Right; I recall when I started CR in 2001 some CRONies were talking about the problem of holiday/family gatherings due to the need to avoid eating much at such events. But I've been able to occasionally indulge in large meals and afterwards I don't get hungry for a long time and thus can fast for up to 24 hours rather comfortably. I never notice any weight increase and thereby assume net calories remain stable. Based on these experiences it seems to me that it does not make any sense to eat less at special events. http://IanGoddard.net " To lengthen thy life, lessen thy meals.
