Guest guest
HI, I hope you find the supplements to help you feel better. Can you explain this type of therapy when you have time? http://www.medicalqigong.org/resources.htm#medical_qigong Kathy furstc0404@... wrote: Subject: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias Hi Lizzie: Thanks for the info. Since receiving Medical Qi Gong from an excellent practitioner, there have been huge improvements in my symptoms, but for the last week or so, the heart spasms have been acute and severe!! The heart feels as if its vibrating as do muscles, literally? It it is, then quite rightly, it could by hypthyroidism, diabetes, or any number of other medical problems. My thyroid test came back " normal " , my blood sugar level " normal " I was hypothryoid, unable to take Armour or Thyroxine. Recent tests for the last six months show " normal " ... Why thyroid & adrenal support did she take? I read a published paper recently which mentions diabetes can be caused by EMF, in which case, I would postulate why not hypothyroidism??? It can cause so much damage, on all levels cascading in various symptoms for the individual. Thanks, Kookie
Guest guest
Thats not what was suggested, the reference was based on reducing the symptoms as per your experience with consuming lamb ie that it seeminglu contains Q10, creatine and carnosine, hence trying these as pure supplements  Definitely look into thyroid and adrenal issues, also TCM and kidney Yin/Yang deficiency From: furstc0404 <furstc0404@...> > >Sent: Saturday, 13 August 2011, 19:51 >Subject: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > > >  > > >thanks, Ole. Guest guest
Both my girlfriend and I reduced our heart palpitations etc in less than a day immediately with the Ubiquinol form of Q10. Get either Jarrow QH from iherb.comor try liposomal Ubiquinol. You need to take 200mg for a week, then reduce to 100mg. It works wonders if the problem is deficiency of Q10. Creatine and carnitine (best for heart is propionyl form)  Best form of oral magnesium is the malate form, either NOW or Source Naturals brand  Best possible form of supplemental magnesium is topical magnesium hydrochloride " oil " , ubelieveable absorption, remember to get an original Zechstein sourced product  Potassium and calcium deficiencies may also play a role.   From: furstc0404 <furstc0404@...> > >Sent: Saturday, 13 August 2011, 20:04 >Subject: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > > >  > > > >Good article, just read it. > >I had no idea that being low on Q10 could cause those symptoms. >Its difficult, other deficiencies can cause same symptoms, cramps, >etc.. which I have. > >Have been on very limited diet since 2002 because of allergies. >It makes sense there are some deficiencies. Guest guest
http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/refsum/refsum.htm Has anyone looked into this possibility: Refsum or ARD? Increasing night blindness due to degeneration of the retina (retinitis pigmentosa). If the disease progresses symptoms can be: deafness, loss of the sense of smell (anosmia), problems with balance and coordination (ataxia), dry and scaly skin (ichthyosis), and heartbeat abnormalities (cardiac arrhythmias). Those w this lack the enzyme to break down foods that contain phytanic acid, including dairy products; beef and lamb; and fatty fish such as tuna, cod, and haddock. I'd like to look into it. Both my son & I noticed burning after eating beef. I also noticed it from a vitamin that contains cod & haddock. Treatment is diet changes. Some may need a plasma exchange. Untreated, ARD can lead to sudden death caused by heartbeat abnormalities. Kathy
Guest guest
OK, then it seems Q10 is what you should get asap, remember to get the reduced Kaneka Ubiquinol form. I tried different brands, but find that QH from Jarrow have superior absorption and dont feel synthetic. Guest guest
Oh yes, I forgot to mention, but carnitine helps my heart symptoms some, too. And CoQ10--yes, very much--my heart symptoms need B12, calcium AEP, and pantethine, tho, also, to go away, but it takes only about 30 minutes to an hour after I take them for all of the autonomic nervous system symptoms to go away.  DIane From: Ole Alstrup <alstrup@...> Subject: Re: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias " " < > Date: Saturday, August 13, 2011, 3:06 PM  Both my girlfriend and I reduced our heart palpitations etc in less than a day immediately with the Ubiquinol form of Q10. Guest guest
Hi Kooky and all, Blood tests are notorious for being in accurate. Why? Because the medical system keeps " changing " the levels that supposedly show what's normal and what is NOT normal, or healthy. What this often translates to, is that by the time mainstream medicine diagnoses someone's thyroid being out of whack, THEIR THRYOID HAS ALREADY HIT ROCK BOTTOM....this is something you DON " T want. The lower that thryoid goes, the harder it is to bring it back in line. Whereas if you catch it earlier, its much easier to deal with. For those who really want to check their own thryoids, put a pen/pad of paper by your bed, take your temperature every morning BEFORE you get out of bed. If you are using a digital thermomneter, ignore the beeps and keep it in your mouth under tongue, for 4 min. Do this for a week...and then average out your temperatures. Add them all up, and divide by the number of days you took your temp. Any temp UNDER 97.6 means the thyroid is OUT of balance. If it is OVER 99, this means the thryoid is OVER active, they call this hyPER thyroidsim. Under active is HYPO thryoidism. Do NOT Rely on blood test...This is called the Basal Temperature Test and you can find it on line, by googling it. Oh I absolutely believe you that you are NOT having anxiety attacks. And because the thryoid does have a huge role in the heart, it could well BE the thryoid that is causing this...along with being exposed to high fields, you never asnswered that question. Is this happening under certain conditons? Many people are unaware that both the thryoid and adrenals WORK together. So if the adrenals are out of whack, it is common for the thryoid to be out of balance, as well. And why this is important? Because those with adrenal isssues who try to take Armour, or ect....if the adrenals are out of balance, stressed, they don't make enough of the hormone to be able to USE the thyroid support. That means the body is not able to metabolize the thryoid help because the adrenals are so low, they are not making enough of the hormones that are responsible for USING the thryoid hormones. So what happens is , the thryoid hormones build up, you feel extremely crapppy, awful in some cases....until the high levels of thryoid that the body is simply not able to metabolize, finally work their way out of the body. So many who try the thryoid and don't have a positive experience, actually need to support the adrenal glands. This is why I said first treat the adrenals, then add in the thyroid support. Here are some common symptoms of an under active thryoid: brain fog, thin hair- lifeless no body, thin eyebrows, vision trouble, digestive issues, puffy under the eyes, bad periods, weight problems, bad memory, can't think of the " word " you want to use, walk out the door, forget your keys , can't find your car in the parking lot, can't remember what you did with whatever, trouble sleeping, wake up tired, weirded out dreams, thin nails that break all the time, often candida issues, dry skin...heart problems. (these are just a few) Adrenal: bruised look under eyes, low energy, aches and pains, allergies, low physical body strenghth, very low patience, hypoglycemic, stand up too fast, get dizzy, feel better in bottom half of day, wake up want something sugary, exercise makes you more tired, if someone has a cold a mile away, you catch it...low immunity, irregular pulse and/or low pulse....if severe, weight decreases.....**These are just a few, notice how the symptoms OVER LAP? This is because the thryoid and adrenals are like best friends. When one goes down, the other jumps in to help. If no one hears them screaming for help....THEY BOTH GO DOWN. My friend took: for thyroid: 1) Iodine drops - Nascent Iodine. 2) Selenium, Thryoid Helper from www.wellnessresources.com 3) Magnesium Chloride Oil from Ancient MInerals --google Mark Sircus, Magnesium, Leptin and Obesity.....excellent article! Also the company that sells Ancient Minerals Magnesium, if you read Sircus's article, he has a coupon code, they are offering the Magnesium at a good price this week. And a good Vitamin B-complex. For adrenals, 1) raw glandulars 2) Holy Basil Tea or capsules from Organic India (holy basil tea helps to regulate the adrenals), 3) Turmeric capsules also from Organic India..**She is actually Diabetic, has been for years and was able to get off of her meds, using diet to control, once she started taking supplements to support both her thryoid and adrenals. She also deals with candida, and eats no wheat, no sugar, but still uses her cell phone/and cordless phone....unfortunately. She eats high quality protein like almonds, which is important for low adrenals..protein when you first get up, and a small amt before you go to bed. Let me clarify....many people mistakenly believe they are having anxiety attacks, when the real culprit IS the thryoid, which controls the heart- and in many cases, the adrenals are also low. In the beginning, she was VERY sensitive to almost everything she tried. Because her thryoid and adrenals were so low. The IODINE we found for her, that putting the drops right on the belly button, 2-3 drops, let it dry....enabled her to be able to tolerate the Iodine drops. Her metabolism was very messed up for along time. The adrenals regulate the body's blood sugar levels, by the time the body goes into full diabetes, those poor adrenal glands have been pushed and pushed to their limit. Lizzie From: calicocat477@... I am wondering if your friends described what I did, that is heart shaking, heart spasms, irregular pulse, dizzy, but not panick, not stressed.
Guest guest
For magnesium, get topical/transdermal magnesium hydrochloride oil, it goes through your skin and is taken up by the cells immediately. It is the most amqazing magnesium supplement I have ever tried, ubelievable. You can get it at Amazon UK under the BetterYou brand and others, but only use a Zechstein origin product.  From: furstc0404 <furstc0404@...> > >Sent: Saturday, 13 August 2011, 22:22 >Subject: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > > >  > > >Thanks, Kathy, its probably quite a few things, >for instance, I read that we Vit E to process Q10, >and I am low on that too. Guest guest
I have suffered from extreme adrenal fatigue, almost recuperated/rebuilt after 4 years. Get adrenals and thyroid tested. Read the book on AF, I had personal help from him as well. Please avoid Tulsi, it lowers cortisol. From: thode <lizt777@...> >esens >Sent: Sunday, 14 August 2011, 0:03 >Subject: RE: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > > >  > > >Hi Kooky and all, >Blood tests are notorious for being in accurate. (these are just a few) >Adrenal: bruised look under eyes, low energy, aches and pains, allergies, low physical body strenghth, very low patience, hypoglycemic, stand up too fast, get dizzy, feel better in bottom half of day, wake up want something sugary, exercise makes you more tired, if someone has a cold a mile away, you catch it...low immunity, irregular pulse and/or low pulse....if severe, weight decreases.....**These are just a few, notice how the symptoms OVER LAP? >Lizzie > > > > > >From: calicocat477@... >Date: Sat, 13 Aug 2011 11:06:02 -0700 >Subject: Re: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > >HI, > >I hope you find the supplements to help you feel better. > >Can you explain this type of therapy when you have time? > >http://www.medicalqigong.org/resources.htm#medical_qigong > >Kathy > >furstc0404@... wrote: >Subject: Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > >Hi Lizzie: > >Thanks for the info. Guest guest
Okay I made a mistake. I used kelp for few weeks w/o relying on enough panthenine acid. I dont like pantetheine frome xperience, it can push your adrenals too much, if the other B's are not balanced, or if there are problems with hypothyroid. I prefer pantothenic acid. She also deals with candida, and eats no wheat, no sugar, but still uses her cell phone/and cordless phone....unfortunately. She eats high quality protein like > almonds, which is important for low adrenals..protein when you first get up, and a small amt before you go to bed. > >Let me clarify....many people mistakenly believe they are having anxiety attacks, when the real culprit IS the thryoid, which controls the heart- and in many cases, the adrenals are also low. > >In the beginning, she was VERY sensitive to almost everything she tried. Now I' can hardly get out of bed. Pushing the thyroid down. I'll get pantothenic M b's are out of wack, w the b-12 need. I have been loosing the word I want to use all week. Guest guest
Wow....what a coincidence! Do you mean to tell me that someone made up a syndrome for something that already exists by a different name? All those symptoms: night blindness (thryoid), hearing (adrenal), balance and coordination problems (thryoid), dry skin (thyroid), abnormal heartbeat/arthymia (thyroid), digestive issues (thryoid)......are classic textbook symptoms of thryoid imbalances. But hey, don't take my word for this, read it from an expert. The following book is one of the best books written on the thyroid and adrenal issues. This dr from the UK, has been around for decades...I have a copy of his original book, which he has since changed the name to the below title. HIs original book was titled: THE GREAT THYROID SCANDAL AND HOW TO SURVIVE IT. Check it out people....you will find the same symptoms listed in this book, written A LONG TIME AGO. And this guy KNOWS his stuff!! And there are many, many more dr's today- most who are not strictly mainstream, but a blend bwte alternative and mainstream..who's articles/books echo the very same symptoms. Different countries....same information. See for yourself...and save yourself alot of grief. Most people don't have any idea just how important the thyroid and adrenal glands REALLY are. Kathy
Guest guest
Hi, Wouldn't it be nice if it was that simple..just take zinc? The reality is, low in one mineral is usually low on others as well. So, the question is: what in the body controls how we absorb and digest nutrients? Answer: the thyroid. People, while that Thyroid gland may be very small...but it is foolish to discount how VERY powerful that little gland really is.....and if the thryoid isn't working right, nothing in the body will work right. Those fissures are very painful...I know, I used to get them alot. Waking up ravenous...starving sounds like Thryoid/Adrenal. Thryoid regulates metabolism, adrenals regulate blood sugar levels. Thryoid regulates the heart. My bet is on the thryoid...A really good book to read is written by: Dr. Barry Durrant-Peatsfield, (he's from the UK) I have his original book, same book, american publishers had him change the title- (The Great Thryoid Scandal and HOw to Survive It- was the original title) **As for cracks on hands...I think this is just one of many signs of candida. I found using: Sea Buckthorn OIl (www.mountainroseherbs.com ) and an essential oil blend called: Melrose (www.youngliving.com) mixed with coconut oil helped heal these very painful cracks. Sea Buckthorn Oil is called the Omega 7. Originally I had an organic lotion from Aubrey Organics called: SEa Buckthorn & cucumber with Ester-C that I mixed with the Melrose Oil. But that lotion is very expensive.. so I decided to try my own little mixture, seeing that I was paying 16. dollars for a 4 fl oz of the Aubreys lotion. You do have to warm up the coconut oil, so an easier way to do this is to use organic Olive Oil, or Apricot Oil, and mix in 2 oz of Olive OIl, to 5 drops each of the Melrose and Sea Buckthorn Oil. Rub this mixture on your hands and before bed, put some on, and put a cotton pair of ankle socks or cotton gloves on your hands. I found that this mixture, because the Melrose Oil is a very strong Anti-Fungal.. this is what is needed to combat candida. IN a pinch, pure Lavender Essential Oil, a few drps right on the heart, will make the arthymia stop and is safe. My daughter s/times gets this heart thing, when exposed to emf's. You can get the Lavender Oil from youngliving, as well. This will help the symptoms...the cause is more then likely the thryoid. Many who have their blood tested for thryoid are told they are " normal " > Look up: The BAsal Temperature TEst....this is somethng you can do at home, for free, that will tell you if your thryoid is out of balance. No doctors, no fees, just a pad of paper, a pen, a thermometer, and the willingness to take your temp before you get up every morning, for a week, and then average out your temp. Anythng under 97.6 means the thyroid is not working right. **I have also mentioned in other posts the importance of Magnesium and heart health. Soaking in a Magnesium bath, or doing foot soaks bypasses the liver having to digest yet another supplement...and for many, typical pill forms of magnesium are not easily absorbed, and gives people problems. Absorbing thru the skin, called: trandermal therapy, works quite well, as the SKIN is the body's largest organ.
