He recommends on the website to take Vitamin C and/other free-radical

reducers at opposite times of the day than the MMS.

I have looked for a quick and easy method of testing for free-radical

levels and haven't found one yet other than the blood tests.

Anybody have an easy way for checking?

thanks,

Thanks, ,

Re testing for free radicals--just follow the " age spots " on your arm--usually

the left arm--and you will know when you are not taking enough supplementation

for free radicals.  (Not that this is the best way to test, but it is a way to

test.)

Thanks again,
