Guest guest
> Please tell us more as to what this is. http://seniors-site.com/ads/chi/index.html Once upon a time, I weighed 111 pounds more than I do now. The weight gain was VERY fast and VERY scary! One month, I gained 30 pounds! That amount of gain was scary even to my doctor! It happened during a very stressful time in my life (oldest daughter was sick for two years prior to her death in 1997). At the time, I had at LEAST a jillion tests ran because I had many, many things wrong. The final diagnosis was hyperinsulinemia-induced hypoglycemia. As we all know, what we eat REALLY affects our bodies! I quit eating foods like candy, cakes, white bread and began eating foods like salad, lean meats, fruits, etc. During this same time, an 80-year-old woman at Church told me that a Chi Machine would help. Now it sounds VERY hokey but I got one. It is particularly useful on days that I don't otherwise exercise. Whether or not it really works as described in the literature, I don't know. All I DO know is that I feel great after I use mine. So that is why I asked if anyone else on this list used a Chi Machine. :-) Laurie (who much prefers weighing 117 over 228!) Guest guest
Hi. I have a chi machine and it is the best purchase I have ever made. I think mine is a no name and I bought it off of ebay for $125.00. I can move soo much better after I am done on it. Also when I am extremely fatigued I do it and then am able to go about my business. good luck kc
