Guest guest
Salut, all. I'm new to this group, & also to Smart Meters, which I was exposed to for 3 days & am now experiencing fx I'm worried may be permanent, esp. pain, breathing problems & poor muscle coordination. I have 1 of the worst cases of chronic Lyme disease in the country; infected at 8, diagnosed at 24, too chemically sensitive to take long-term antibiotics; docs don't know what to do. I live in Maine, where the Smart Meter power line components operate at 5 GHz (rather than CA's 3GHz). I'm kinda shocked by how sick I feel. It's like someone microwaved my brain & body & I don't know how much recovery I'm going to get even from just a 3 day exposure. My worst symptoms are: the breathing problems; when I breathe in, it's like the muscles that are supposed to lift are instead descending & pulling in the wrong direction, causing pressure & pain in all my joints, bones & muscles on EVERY in-breath, & a feeling of oxygen deprivation. Poor coordination, memory problems, double vision, vision loss, full body spasms, neck spasms, nausea, lots of pain & burning in connective tissue. Right now I'm back in a place w/ NO Smart Meters & all these symptoms persist. I feel like I could fry an egg on my eyes, inner ears, joints. I've gotten weaker versions of these symptoms before from cellphones, & a lot of them have been PERMANENT, so I'm worried these are, too. My grandfather, like his father before him, is dying of ALS, and my uncle & I both have a lot of the nervous system damage problems that run in our family, so I'm very scared & feel very alone & helpless in this struggle. It'd be great to hear from others @ this level of sensitivity, as I People keep telling me to order a Faraday canopy or a hood or a hat, but there is no point if it won't block BOTH the emfs from Smart Meters (900 Megahertz & 2.4 Gigahertz) and the corresponding power line components (5 Gigahertz). There are fabrics that shield from this range, but I have NO IDEA how to properly design a hood (for head, face, & neck) that doesn't let EMFs in, or if there even exists an effective (900 MHz- 5GHz) shielding fabric that's translucent enuf that I can see thru it to see what I'm doing. Please let me know if you know of any experts on shielding from this range of EM frequencies, b/c even as bad as my sensitivity is, I'll still need to see my family & get things done in town, which means that I end up being around Smart Meters for 48 hrs. per week. Don't know how I'm going to do it, but I must find sthg. that shields effectively, b/c avoidance is not always an option for me. I feel so alone & am in so much pain from that brief exposure. It would be great to have some support & a better idea of how I can protect myself beyond plain old avoidance. Thanks very much -necessejamais
Guest guest
My thoughts are with you! You poor thing, you have ES so bad, but i hope things improve in time, when you have clean space to recover. Here is a list of websites that i use, there should be some help within the forums as well. Just a tip, i use Qi Gong to help me cope, it works for me. Do try it, find a good master.
