We CRONIES eliminate most bottled salad dressings and either make our own or buy the " healthy " kind such as Pritikin for example. See the file: " CR Made Easy " in the file folder labeled: Beginning CRON. To access the files: just go to our home page: / At the left, click on " files " . Then click on the file you want to read. Also be sure to read Dr Walford's book: " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " available in most public libraries.
