Surprising that butter, salad dressings and canned meat (which I imagine has

lots of salt) is on this diet. We CRONIES eliminate most bottled salad

dressings and either make our own or buy the " healthy " kind such as Pritikin

for example.

Also be sure to read Dr Walford's book: " Beyond the 120 Year Diet "

available in most public libraries. It's a fascinating book and very

educational.
