Guest guest
Medications are dosed by body weight and height. Here is a pediatric dose calculator. http://www.manuelsweb.com/ped_dose.htm I think Dr. Pall is on the right track with his nitric oxide cycle theory. http://www.thetenthparadigm.org/ Here are the supplements I want to get - It takes a full range of a lot of supplements to break the NO cycle. https://www.prohealth.com/shop/product.cfm/product__code/PHK23/tab/Reviews#title The one thing I'm doing first is testing if alpha lipoic acid will make me feel worse as it can release mercury into the circulation and it was something he didn't know about when the protocol was devised. What I have seen expressed elsewhere is a typical pattern is a person gets fibromyalgia, then multiple chemical sensitivity, then electrical sensitivity. A study was done on MCS with the Pall Protocol and it was gound to be effective. I read the Zapped book and it looks like I'll probably end up doing supplements but I'm physically tiny and the amounts she suggests I think would be way too much for someone of my size and build. If the cure is worse than the disease, then you'd best stop that " cure " and find another! Certainly I have tried many " cures " that caused far more damage than good. Those just get discontinued, and I look for a better " cure " . Marc

Guest guest
Hi Glitter,  Sorry to hear you have been having so many problems with finding ways to feel better. Know that you never need to take the amounts prescribed by people here or in literature to help yourself recover. You can take much less of all the supplements. And tho I now can tolerate full doses, I started out as you--unable to tolerate almost anything I tried.  I found out over time I could repack any powder capsules into itty-bitty amounts by using empty capsules--you can buy bottles of these where supps are sold. You can repack the empty caps into any size you want--half the original dose down to a twentieth or less dose. I did this manually--I literally opened the caps, dumped out the contents on a clean plate, mixed it around, and just transferred a small amount--guess work-wise--to empty capsules. Also, you can buy liquid supplements and take them in any amount by diluting with water. You need less than 1 drop? Put a drop in a bottle of water, shake it up, and fraction the water you drink.  Liquids are often most helpful when you react easily to supps. Gel caps are good to take--more tolerable when you are able to tolerate the entire dose, than powder caps, usually. And sublinnguals and oils you apply to skin are great because they bypass the digestive track altogether. Always stick to natural sources, no artificials. Always buy quality supps; do not scrimp on price. A small amount of a really good supplement is many times better than a large dose of a poor one. Don't assume you must take a nutritional supplement daily for it to help. If you find you react with too much detoxing, take the supplement twice a week or even less. If you build up slowly over time, you will usually eventually be able to tolerate a regular dose. I usually increased my doses on a weekly basis. If I had too much of a reaction to the new dose, I went back to the last dosage and took the new dose once every few days instead of daily.  What wrote here recently--about doing things in a particular order....--that is important info. You cannot detox until you have the means to clear from your body all you are detoxing. You need to heal your membranes (gut, bbb, etc) and liver first. Work on looking up old posts on lymphatic congestion, or do searches online. I have wrote reams on this here in the past. You can search for these by looking up specifically my posts (or 's!) or by trying to search by topics. (It is often hard to find by topic.) A good read is Dr Tennant's " Healing Is Voltage " , his other books, and his website.  Tho, there are many great therapies out there besides Dr. Tennant's, I can personally say, (after the fact and without knowing about his protocol at the time), that what led me to healing was almost 100% what he has written about in his literature. [You need to know here that I was very ill from childhood and deteriorated till I was bedbound almost totally for 13 years, not just with ES (tho that would be enough!), but with MCS, CFS, fibro, chronic bronchial asthma, liver disease..... the list is lengthy.] Today I lead a normal life except for minor ES and MCS and a fair amount of avoidance of environmental toxins and pollutions. In otherwords, I am not jet setting around the country, hanging in night-clubs breathing in the ciggie fumes, being the social butterfly I could be, but I am happily living in a natural setting with what nature initially intended me to enjoy.  I would love to send you more info and be more helpful, but my life at this time no longer allows me the time to do much posting or emailing. I am usually only online now a couple hours on the weekends. That said, if you have any questions you can feel free to ask me--it may take several weeks for me to answer.  Good luck and speed, Glitter. I hope things begin working well for you, Diane  From: glitterglitter13 <glitterglitter13@...> Subject: sensitive to the 'cure' Date: Wednesday, February 16, 2011, 7:54 PM  Has anyone else found that they can't stand silverelle?
