One of the things that has kept me away from pursuing it further is that I am a runner (20+ years) and work-out somewhat regularly. I'm concerned that a CR diet would not provide sufficient energy and/or would cause loss of muscle mass. Any info on that, or where can I go to get these questions answered? Thanks.
