Dear Mr fife,

I need your candid explanation on this issue.

My husband travelled to two neigbouring countries and purchased some

coconut oil.

the one from Togo was added some salt as a form of preservative.

i would love to know if salt has any positive or negative effect on it.

Can it be use on the skin and the hair?

What is the dosage for a pregnant women in the second trimester?
