Here is a website that provides a list of particularly healthy foods:

I found the list both very informative as well as somewhat

gratifying, since I include at least 20 to 25 of these foods everyday.

Interestingly, the list includes many spices such as tumeric, basil,

sage, thyme, cayenne pepper, rosemary, and oregano, which I regularly

use. I sprinkle abit of each on my foods, particularly soups,

almost everyday. They provide both a diversifying as well as

powerful punch to your healthful diet. For example, oregano,

according to this website and other sources that I have seen, have

many times more anti-oxidant properties than many other healthy

foods. For example, some 40 times more by weight than apples and

some 3 times than blueberries.

In addition, for variety purposes, spices are easily added into your

diet. Just provide a shake or two.

Anyway, this is an interesting and informative reference site.

I have been looking over this wonderful website. The info is superb. If

you click on any one of the " wonder foods " you get a detailed discussion of

all the latest research on its' health benefits, a complete nutrient

breakdown, how to select and store, how to serve, suggested recipes, any

safety precautions, and a detailed reference list of where they have gotten

their info.

I can't give it enough superlatives. It will take days to read it all, but

well worth it. Once again I urge everyone to have a look and to bookmark

this site. If you have a particular condition and you want to know what to

eat for it, go here and look around.
