Guest guest
I'd say your chances of living a long and healthy life are great! You've recognized that diet and exercise are important for your health, and you've recognized that CR is the best method currently available to lengthen life and improve health- that's more that 99.99999% population have done! >From: " aequalsz " <aequalsz@...> >Reply- > >Subject: [ ] Mayfield Moose Tracks >Date: Sat, 15 May 2004 23:13:57 -0000 > >and Princess Chocolate cake. Guest guest
Hi Aequalsz: Well since you assk ...................... and since they say humor is the best medicine .............. not too bad, I'd say. Just do what Mother Francesa says (if you don't she may come by and rap your knuckles with a ruler) and you will live to at least 110 (knuckles aren't so important a part of your anatomy that a few raps will detract from your lifespan). Guest guest
Welcome! I think your chances are excellent! Guest guest
Participate in this group of activists, and your chances of success are close to 100% -- no matter how hard it may seem at first. Humans are so resourceful and adaptable, they can figure out almost anything, and make it fun at the same time while they are doing the figuring! Leave this List, and no guarantees. Stick around, and we will love you into CR, or rather you will love yourself into it, gradually and happily. Improve your diet choices, make them tasty and rewarding, and make it all as much fun as fun can be (which it is)! Especially, make the decision to come to the member conventions and meetings that we hold periodically. They can be life changing. -- Warren =============== On 15 May 2004, aequalsz [mailto:aequalsz@...] wrote: > > So tomorrow is a new day - no birthdays - no graduation > ceremonies - no nothings to celebrate and will go back to my > spartan 2000 calorie a day diet.
