I am one of those Newbies....joined two days ago. I am still

reading files, links, and past messages. What a wealth of

information!

I follow the Low Glycemic Load WOE:

I am 5'3 " and my weight range is 112-117. As mentioned in something

I read (I think from your Files), if my weight is up, I eat less.

If it is down, I add more fruit that day. My daily caloric intake

is 1100-1700.

The reason I became interested in CR was due to the news articles

last week discussing caloric restriction.

Hi Laurie: glad you are enjoying the site. If anyone has suggestions on

how we can improve anything, please let us know.

Your weight is great. Sound like you don't have to lose much, if any! I'm

similar in build to you: 5'4 " and weigh about 115.
