Guest guest
Diane, Thanks - that is a really good site on PH. S/thing occurred to me while reading this site. All of the diff't sites, with all their diff't numbers/measuring...reminds me of the story of my niece years ago. As a 12 yr, she was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes. (Yes, if it were today, I'd have lobbied for using natural methods) Anyway, my sister, who was mainstream meds all the way, kept trying to get my niece's " sugar " levels where the " dr's thought it was supposed to be. My niece kept telling my sister she didn't FEEL well at those numbers. So my sister would do everything she could, to keep my niece at the magic numbers the dr's had told her- in the meanwhile, my niece would do everything " she " could, as a 12 yr old, to her keep her numbers where SHE actually felt BEST...the battle went on for years. My niece never of course, got any better...today she has many other problems besides diabetes. The point I'm trying to make is this is: " What if everyone took their PH reading when THEY felt the BEST- and used " their " number to to guide them. " *I'm going to take my PH reading the next time, when I feel really good, and see what it is. And what I had done and eaten, (and not eaten), and how many exposures to RF I'd had, (and not had) and see where this takes me. Blessings, Keep on Posting People... For those who are fighting the Smart Meters, I just came across some very interestng information on transformer explosions, alot of them. So far, by cross referencing and digging, I have found that all of these transformer exposions have happened in smart meter neighborhoods. I'm not done checking the entire list of transformer explosions as of yet...but so far, its been 9 out of 9! No where in these articles are they associating smart meters with these explosions. But 9 out of 9? That's way too many coincidences in my book. It appears that they added all this smart meter stuff without updating the power lines....transformer explosions are usually caused by high spikes on the lines. Hmmm...... I'll be posting the infor shortly, as sooon as I put it all together. What this translates to, is not just higher rates, fire hazards, privacy violations, but now transformer explosions which knock out power! More pieces of the puzzle. Lizzie From: evie15422@... Date: Sun, 22 May 2011 08:56:19 -0700 Subject: RE: Shielding PS, Lizzie, (and All), I actually shoot for higher pH than 7--I am trying to maintain a cell pH of 7.4. I do this via saliva and urine testing, and using formulas to convert those to metabolic pH/ cell pH. I track my " average pH " --averaging saliva and urine pH over the course of a week (now, since reaching the " golden numbers " and holding there for months, I usually only do this once every other month or even every several months). In testing, I am hoping for an average pH in the 6.4 to 6.8 range, which would equate roughly to a cell pH of 7.4 with just a little tweeking. (I go on the premise that pH is really a tad too low in " normal people " , which accounts for the slight discrepancy with the info on the following site and what I am looking to achieve.) If my pH is an average of 6.4, I know I can tweek my diet abit to get it a little higher. (It is usually a sign I have been lax on my eating habits.) If it is way lower, it is usually due to being ill or having too much exposure to emfs. I can use supplements, in that case, to raise my pH. pH can tell you alot about what is going on in your body, as a whole; this site will explain some of that. I do not use this site, personally, but use very similar info from medical/ alternative medicine books. I found this site whilst searching for emfs causing voltage to go up, while making pH go down. The info here is easy to understand for a beginner and accurate, over-all: http://www.biomedx.com/pH/index.html Bless you, Diane > Hi ALL > Was wondering if anybody has had success with shielding from > lessemf.com.
