Ive ben oil pulling for 3 weeks and the diferance to my skin is amasing,esp on my face and heel. On my heel was a lot of skin as a callous from stretching exercises because of tendon problems. That is now gone..i cant believe that. It must have been 5mm thick. The skin on my face is improved incredibly. Some of my laugh lines are gone. So to say sesame seed is not good for food i dont think is right. I dont swallow any sesame oil,but when i OP,it stays in my mouth for 30- 40 mins. I think a fair bit is absorbed through the mouth and this helps. Bypassing the stomach is why i think it works for me as I have gut absorbtions problems. Also,Im cutting back on how many times i OP with sesame oil as Im " pitta " and sesame oil is warming and I get a bit agro if i have to many " warming foods " .
