Have you tried supplementing with iodine, or eating foods

high in iodine? That has proven effective for me when

I get colder than everyone else is.

Just to clarify one thing - iodine is a natural element (found in seaweed

etc). It is not a pharmaceutical.

Yes, my thyroid is low. Not enough to get most drs. to prescribe

anything, and that same problem was corrected that way with a friend

that was boderline low.

However, the longer I live, the less I want to do with any

pharmeceuticals anyhow.

I do use iodine at times, but this is much more than that. How did

my thyroid become low to start with? (Along with all systems.)

Probably -- low body temperature is supposed to be a hypo-thyroid

symptom.
