Guest guest
Hi. Yes your sunflower sprouts are edible. They sell them in the grocery stores here as a high end produce.
Guest guest
Hello, I have the most beautiful sunflower sprouts because of the sunflower seeds that I feed my wild birds. Have no idea if I can eat the sprouts. Can anyone help? Thanks, Jenell
Guest guest
They are probably OK, sunflower sprouts are easy to grow and tasty. There are multiple sources of sprout seeds on the web that may be a safer source for general consumption. I also throw my new seeds in the freezer for a few days to kill off any insects that hitch a ride with the seeds. -----Original Message----- From: motherearth2love [mailto:J2COLLECTIBLES@...] Sent: Thursday, May 13, 2004 2:33 PM Subject: [ ] SUNFLOWER SPROUTS--EATABLE ?
