IS ANYONE USING THE INTERACTIVE DIET PLANNER?

I am trying to get started with CR so purchased the DWIDP after

reading the Book. I can't figure the software out. I tried to see

how much others inquired about the program and so did an archive

search and came up with very little. I've called the Help number

listed in the info book that came with the software but didn't get a

response. I've posted questions to this forum with little response.

Francesca suggested I email Walford which I did this morning (I

probably need to allow more time for her response) and I emailed the

help on the web site. Is the software Obsolete or is no one using

it? I can see that it will be a valuable tool if I could get some

help figuring it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?
