Here's a great Web site for calculating calories and nutrition data.

Seems to have everything the Walford software has - including

creating your own recipes and evaluating/comparing your daily

intake. Usability and instructions are much clearer, too. The only

downside is that it doesn't seem to allow you to enter nutritional

data for something that's not on their list.

Hi, here's a quick delurk. I've been on the other CR list for a few

weeks, and I am interested in CR as well as raw foods. I can't really

answer many questions but I may sure have some!

I like www.fitday.com It is free, easy to use and you can enter in

data for foods not in their database. It has helped me a lot with both

CR and increasing my raw food intake to know for sure what nutrients I

am getting. I have had some surprises-- I overestimate caloric intake,

how about that! ;-)

Many of our members use Fitday and we list it (as well as nutritiondata.com)

in our file: " Nutrient Tracking Programs " .
