Doug, I am unable to pull up the abstract relating to pulse protein and would love to read a quick digest of what it says suggesting that seniors benefit from a certain scheduling of protein ingestion. I am very senior. Thanks. Peg

while I am not a croner, postponing breakfast works for me, if I do I

sometimes replace lunch with a snack.
