Guest guest
Hi Kathy, First let me ask you a question: Did you ever print the guide book I sent you? I'm thinking it would be a really good idea to start supporting both your thryoid AND adrenal glands. Are you? What are you doing? Because alot of the thngs I read about what people are doing on the esens sites....aren't directly SUPPORTING the thryoid and adrenal glands. After having spent 14 years in a house with all of the conditions mine had- and especially with having a young daughter react to all of the fields, I am MORE convinced then EVER, that one of the KEY things I did RIGHT, was to support those glands! *NOw, as to the " you are still pic king up net current " . Unfortunately, the reality is, because you spent the past ?? how long- in a house with not one, but 2 smart meters...your body has become super senstized to emfs. I wholly agree more work needs to be done.....but at the same time, it IS more important then EVER that those glands be properly and heavily supported. They have been under a tremendous amount of stress.... Grounding rods....it costs me 435 dollars........That was for two 8 -10 ft long grounding rods, they have to be placed within 10 feet of the ele meter, and as close to the house, within 2-3 feet. These rods are connected to a braided copper cabling, very thick, wrapped around the top of the rods, and then they go into a hole near the meter, and are connected to the meter, and usually the water line, the ele line. I had Tony take the grounding OFF the gas line..this is not a good idea...it is code, but stupid code. A dialectric union can be PLACED inside the house, at the service entrance, this is the wall where in MY house, the water meter is in the basement, the pipe from the water meter go to the outside wall.....to connect my water to the city's water line. INSIDE the house, at this wall, a dialectric union can be placed....without having to tear up the lawn. Many cities won't let a homeowner do this....although it is probably the most effective way. So this is another way to break the current...the dialectric union is a non reactive piece of piping...like brass...that is placed inbetween --the pipe is cut, a brass ring is put on, the pipe connected to it on both side, and they usually use some kind of rubber sealant stuff to seal it, so it doesn't leak. The two things I strongly advice at this time, are: readng my guide b ook again to refresh your memory, gettng the supplements that help support the thyroid/adrenal glands AND making your sleep area as clean as possible. Your best tool would be to get a gauss meter that reads for HIGH electric fields. For ES people, getting the numbers as close to 0.02 volts is the best. From this meter, you will be able to move things around, and situate YOURSELF as far away from these fields as possible. I now have learned to do my dishes, using a portable table, away from my kitchen sink, because the other side of the wall, is where the meter and power lines come into the house. I don't yet have a gauss meter that reads HIGH electric fields...but Alx can pick these fields up. I run my water from tap, using a filter on my sink/shower---into plastic buckets. This breaks the current that is in the water. I NEVER PUT MY HANDS UNDER ANY TAP WATER ANYMORE. Shivani does this also. I still use my cosmic energy stones in my jugs of water to DISCHARGE my hair and body from static electricity. I do this many times a day, when I have to run errands or am exposed to cell phones. AS for your wiring? DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND GET A GAUSS METER THAT READS FOR HIGH ELE FIELDS. Fixing wiring is expensive, timely and can be frustrating. DID YOU EVER GET THAT OUTLET TESTER? That tells you how many of your outlets are not grounded right. Start by fixing those outlets that YOU USE THE MOST! Or spend the most time near by. ***Any electrical work that you decide to have done. TELL THE ELECTRICIAN YOU WANT TO USE THE MC CABLE. This is commonly used in commercial buildings, it is LOW EMF SHIELDED WIRING. I have two outlets done with this....I can put a cheap voltage tester up to those wires, AND THERE IS NO SIGNAL LEAKING OUT, that little tool will BEEEP if any voltage is emitted. The brand name is SPERRY, you can get this meter at HOMe DEpot. All of my Romex wiring BEEEEPS.....but the two outlets I had done using the MC CABLE??? NOT A SOUND! REcap: 1st) support the thryoid and adrenal glands. 2nd) get a gauss meter that reads for HIGH electric fields, start measuring the areas where you SLEEP, and then spend the most time in. See how many of those areas you can re-route, either by moving furniture, or keeping yourself AWAY from these fields. 3rd) Any re-wiring, use MC CABLE!!! And using the water bucket for the water....try that for a few days and SEE if it helps you. NOt everyone is sensitve to current in the water. And the effects are quite subtle. How I know I am effected? An hour later? A few hours later? My mood gets REALLY UGLY! Also, I have found using a magnetic and wearing it on my left ankle really helps to keep the body's polarity balanced. Some of the Esens site use bi polar magnets...they are quite misinformed. OUr bodies operate on Negative IOns. All appliances, wiring, electricity operates on Positive IOns. The bodies electrical system becomes over powered by all the Positive Ions...this messes up the bodies polarity. When this happens, the cells spin the wrong way.....no toxins are able to get OUT...and nutrients cant get INTO the cells. The magnets should be used only on NORTH SIDE POLARITY. The north side polarity FACING THE SKIN. I tape mine on using strong masking tape...and then I put a bandana around my ankle, just to cover the tape, and by tying the bandana under the magnet, it will catch the magnet in case it becomes loose... Feeel free to call me or ask me any questions, I hope this ;helps. 810-724-8472 From: calicocat477@... Guest guest
Hi Kathy,  So glad to hear of your victory over the smart meters you had! Wonderful news! And thanks for the info on how to fight to get them removed!  As to the dielectric coupling on your analog meters.... that would still be helpful because that would help negate what is coming into your house from the neighborhood (on your water, especially). I think gas lines already have them.  Kudos for you! Guest guest
PS: Forgot to mention it.... in some areas they will not allow dielectric unions (couplings) on the water line. HOWEVER, you can get around this effectively by buying a water filtration system which you attach right where the water comes into your house. Most of us need water filtration anyway. I have not done this personally, so I do not know the cost. But I was told I could do it this way by an EE who specializes in such matters.  From: KathyB <calicocat477@...> Subject: Net Current Date: Friday, August 5, 2011, 9:18 PM  What is a fair price U S for installing a grounding rod & taking the main grounding off water pipes? Guest guest
, Yes I sure did get the guidebook. I'll give you a call Monday if that's okay/. I need to understand the harmonics fix better. Yes I need to support my thyroid better than I am. Starting using kelp, but probably not enough. Thanks for help w meters. Yes, I'm so overly sensitive to emf's I can't believe it. I can feel the electric in the wiring if I go in a room that's it's running in. I guess net current. Two down & 1 to go. We still have to get the water so called 1 way digital meter, drive by- scan taken out. . Then rid the harmonics & electric. I forgot your suggestion on using the bucket for tap. I'm feeling the charge from that too. I got to the point of not being able to do anything w 3 amr's I did dishes for the 1st time in a month. Don't know how much gloves help. Found we have a tower less than a mile away. The new one is over 1 mile. Kathy
Guest guest
Dianne, Glad to have you back. I don't mean to sound this way, but the truth is I was so nauseated I was ready to give in & go to the hospital. I know not all are religious but, I feel God answered my prayers & the electric tech. showed up to change the meter. As soon as he unhooked it my nausea let up. I have 1 meter to go, then -- 3 down & work on the fixes. Do any of you go through the struggle of having your spouse not want to read a book even about dirty electric & wiring errors? Sad, some won't consider the possibility IF they don't feel fried. It's hard feeling this alone. At least he runs errands for me. He doesn't understand why I won't get an MRI. Please... I may be one of the few that won't get an official MS dx. But have the burning & numbness that goes w it. .. I think I'm low in B-12, but having a hard time fixing it. I got jumpy & nauseated from a shot. Going to try sub-lingual. Guest guest
Some wear denial like a second skin. And for males? Many of them won't read the info because they don't understand it, and they don't want to look stupid. As for shots? many people do not realize this, but every time someoen gets a shot- it closes up electrical meridians to the body. Those that feels effects are probab ly those who can't afford any more blockages in their meridian system. Smart move..not to subject yourself to MORE RADIATION with an MRI. Guest guest
Hi, Kathy, < Glad to have you back. > Thanks, Kathy. Glad to be back! <Do any of you go through the struggle of having your spouse not want to read a book even about dirty electric & wiring errors?> Yep. Hubby wouldn't read a book on electricity if he were even struck by lightning first. Re the B12.... Maybe you did not tolerate it well because you were so low in it! (That has sometimes happened to me--I reacted when I was very deficient to a particular nutrient.) But, you can take B12 sublingually under the tongue. I usually take 1000mcg--easier to find than 500mcg, and there is no need to be squeemish about the extra 500mcg. It is not toxic. The brand I am buying currently is Solgar. I had one I liked better previously, but not sure who made it. I think Carlson Labs. But I had to send for it and I just needed some quickly one day, so bought the Solgar locally. Hope you are soon feeling better, Diane From: KathyB <calicocat477@...> Subject: Re: Net Current Date: Sunday, August 7, 2011, 10:56 PM  Dianne, I don't mean to sound this way, but the truth is I was so nauseated I was ready to give in & go to the hospital. I  know not all are religious but, I feel God answered my prayers & the electric tech. showed up to change the meter. Guest guest
It's terrible some won't read about electric issues. I feel so much better w the smart meters gone. Will take awhile for the rest. It doesn't even prove to him that my nausea magically stopped. Unless I I could immediately heal, I doubt he'd believe it. I got Solgar in a pill you swallow. Guest guest
Chuckle but a sad chuckle none the less. " Yep. Hubby wouldn't read a book on electricity if he were even struck by lightning first. " So what does this mean? that the only males who will do the research are those who are effected? Let's here from some of the guys on this site. Maybe they can help explain this or maybe even offer some male opinions on this refusal phenonomen! What do you say GUYS? Any tips? Guest guest
Hi, Marc and All, I was not making a " guy " judgment when I said my husband wouldn't read a book about electricity if he were struck by lightning. I was saying what Marc just said, he does not see himself as needing to read a book on electricity. He thinks this is *my* problem and I should take care of it. I have been ill my entire life; it has ALWAYS been up to me to take care of it. Docs wouldn't take care of it either!
