But I cannot stand the place for more than 1/2hr It creeps up on me and I feel very tireD and agitated later. We have a nice Ham radio man 30m away from this cabin, but he does not use his equipment until late.(although I am beginning to understand about how these guys earth their kit etc) What we do have is a 30ft christmas tree and 40ft conifers nearby. I wonder as the trees have microtubules full of water for transpiration etc all over them they must in some respects act like EMR collectors and thus transmit a lot to earth ie their root systems, so my cabin sits over a mass of leaky EMR feeders (the roots)as well as being quite open to the airborne direct hits from many scources around. Choose your trees wisely, deep tap rooted trees may be better than shallow rooted ones plus depends on soil type any many more permutations... Guest guest
I'd like to add a few remarks to the discussion you were having here on 9/12, which I missed., Trees or other things touching transmission lines cause really nasty arcing. You may want to trace your electrical line back to the substation to see if this is happening. Your utility company is supposed to keep trees trimmed to prevent this, so call them if they have not kept it up, and request them to do it ASAP. Persist if need be. Another source of transients that I have not seen mentioned here is the ground current associated with the strong pulse of current used by the strobe lights on communications towers. This will occur in time with the flashing of a given light, as the current is discharged into the ground. It also has a characteristic frequency, which I do not remember at the moment. This signal can travel a couple of miles via the ground, perhaps more. There is now a Stetzer power strip, with built-in filter, to plug electronics into, to keep the dirty electricity they create from passing on to your wiring. This also frees up more spaces on your power strip, that you'd otherwise plug filters into. If there are certain times of day that your electricity is dirtier on a regular basis, it is most likely due to activities on your substation line that are regular, such as certain equipment being used in a business. If you sleep better away from your own bed or home, EMF/EMR is not the only cause to consider. You also need to check for geopathic energy. Guest guest
Shivani  I know you posted this some time ago but I try to limit my computer use to about once a week and maybe missed this before.  My biggest problem at home is that I wake up in the middle of the night with a feeling that electricity is running all over me - this is worst when there is a full moon. My other major problem is that I feel this sensation of vibration which is very unpleasant - I don't know whether it is from a neigbour's dect phone or from someone's wireless broadband router (I don't have any of those things)  - I have lived in my house for 5 years but only noticed these problems last April. Sometimes in the summer months when I am walking barefoot in the garden I can feel the vibrating/pulsing sensation there too.  How do you check for geopathic energy? Guest guest
To --You are not alone. These symptoms match my wife's to a tee. Just last night she was wondering if the full moon was making her more sensitive! These past few days she has developed an uncanny ability to detect metal! She can feel the metal in the air ducts, porch roof, etc. It seems the symptoms have altered to more metal sensitivity than electrical or chemical. About the neighbors, we know for a fact that his direct tv dish is new. I put up two pieces of hardibacker in the window and this dramatically reduced the sensation of his dish. Hardibacker is a cement board used for installing ceramic tile. Imagine the results if I put porcelain ceramic tile on top of it!!!! Has anyone else noticed a metal sensitivity syndrome. My wife cannot use a steel or iron bathtub to soak. Fiberglass is perfect. Thankfully we have one of each.
