Guest guest Posted May 1, 2004 Report Share Posted May 1, 2004 I've decided to take up yoga again. I used to do yoga but as with many things it fell by the wayside a few years ago. Everything I always hear about it is postive for health, mind, emotions, flexibility, staying young etc. There's a daily tv program here that I can " yoga " to or tape if I'm not here to see it. Anyone else here a yoga devotee? What about pilates or tai chi? Any opinions pro or con would be welcomed. We also have some meditators in the group who claim health benefits from that.
