For those who haven't read -- President Clinton, I believe, signed a new law

assisting the disabled community who aren't working due to the fear of losing

their insurance, Medicaid or Medicare.

For anyone who is on this, if I read this right, it means people can work

without losing their insurance entitlement -- for some, a matter of life or

death.
