Welcome. Sorry to hear about your condition. I have been living with it for 10

plus years.

Part of the problem is chemicals, toxins, heavy metals, viruses, bacteria, etc.

ALREADY in your body that are reacting to the Wi-Fi radiation which itself is

poison.

In addition to removing the source (Wif-Fi, cell phones, etc.) you will need to

rebuild the cell walls with good fats (krill oil, coconut oil, organic grass fed

raw milk, cheese, meat, etc.) so the cells can breath again. No more fast food,

margarine, etc. bad fats.

The liver is overwhelmed with mercury from teeth, vaccines, pesticides and the

liver can't process out the toxins due to low Glutathione levels and other

factors.

The liver must be build up and supported.

The brain barrier and gut barrier is broken down and must be supported and

rebuilt.

Where to start? See my website:

http://www.raleighes.info/Support/1st_Steps.html

DON'T start with chelation (pulling heavy metals out of your body).

Start with building and boost your liver and defense mechanisms of your gut and

brain like with good fats (krill) and whey products from Mercola.com.

Then get your dental amalgams removed by a Huggings Protocol Dentist.

Find a dentist that removes mercury amalgams per the Hal Huggins Protocol.

It doesn't hurt to request the electric company put back

the old analog meter. Some states are allowing opt-out of

smart meters.

Make sure there is nothing electronic near your bed

plugged in. Unplug everything you can at night,

and even try turning off the breakers, especially

to the bedroom and adjoining rooms.

Get a portable AM radio and try to trace where the

buzzing goes along the wiring from the meter.

If it goes to metal pipe or something else that can

be replaced by plastic, have a plumber do that.

If possible, get an electrician to install a 3 phase

switch (about $75 list price for one that fits in a regular

light switch) to disconnect hot, neutral and ground

for as much of the wiring near the bedroom as possible.

Or you could use a commonly available double pole switch and disconnect the

ground if you can accept the risk that implies (or use an isolated ground or

GFI instead which would be safer) .

Getting the meter moved 50+ feet from the house

and putting military grade filter on it should solve

the problem, though it can create ground loops

which could be a problem too. The electrician bill

will be about $5000 plus that much for the

Filtron or Genesco filter. Plus you need an RF ground.

The buildingbiology people may be helpful if you

have a wiring error, but they are not RF engineers.

If you can find an RF engineer to oversee the filtering

that would be best.

Bill,

Thank you to both  I feel like newbie as had to put off electrical work, w

budget. We need things explained to understand.

Our state tells us  to wire smart meters at the property line. What meter would

you say all should have. I'm trying to educate my husband, who thinks this is

made up. He doesn't see his arthritis is worse since moving in this house.

The most important thing is to reduce your exposure to digital radio

frequency signals.

On http://www.weepinitiative.org/, take a look at the link to the document

called Living With ElectroHypersensitivity A Survival Guide. It covers just

about everything you can do. Since you can't stay on the computer for long,

download it and print it out. Here is a direct link to the PDF version of

the document:

http://www.weepinitiative.org/LINKEDDOCS/health/LIVING_WITH_EHS_PRINTABLE.pdf

I don't know what would have happened to me if I had not come across it --

their advice regarding supplements has worked wonderfully for me. It has

reduced my symptoms. But, unfortunately, I still get sick from exposure.

Although your symptoms started after the smart meter was installed, any

digital radio signal is contributing to your problems. Use a wired router

for your connection to the Internet, and make sure you turn off WiFi on your

computer. If you have a laptop, don't use it on your lap -- keep it on a

desk or table. And ideally, buy a separate keyboard and mouse so that you

aren't resting your hands on the computer. Even with WiFi turned off, being

that close to any electrical appliance may affect your health due to the

magnetic fields and/or radio frequencies (RF) generated. Also, the base

stations for many cordless phones transmit 24x7, whether anyone is using the

phone or not. Therefore, you will be better off with a corded phone.

If you can't get the smart meter removed right away, you might consider

shielding a room. Some people using special RF blocking fabrics as a bed

canopy. The more hours of the day that you can escape from the RF, the

better off you will be.

There are electrosmog meters you can buy that can measure the signal

strength. It might be helpful to locate which part of your house has the

lowest signal strength, or just to find somewhere outside that you can spend

an hour or two a day to recuperate.

Do a search on " calcium efflux " and " Dr. Goldsworthy " if you are

interested in learning more about why you are getting sick.

Also, Dr. Milham has done research about this. He focuses more on

high voltage transients, or " dirty electricity " rather than the effects of

digital radio signals from smart meters or cell phones, but the results are

similar. Repeated momentary spikes in voltage on electric lines (similar to

the sudden changes in digital radio frequency signals generated by smart

meters and cell phones) causes sudden changes in the magnetic fields in the

air near electric wires, which causes health problems.

Some books are:

Dirty Electricity: Electrification and the Diseases of Civilization, by Dr.

Milham

Zapped: Why Your Cell Phone Shouldn't Be Your Alarm Clock and 1,268 Ways to

Outsmart the Hazards of Electronic Pollution, by Ann Louise Gittleman

I hope this helps.

Hi, Mom!  ;)

Welcome to the forum!  You got really great advice from the others, but I just

wanted to mention that you can sometimes get satisfaction from talking to the

utility that put in/ is going to put in, the meter.  (It is always easier to

negotiate BEFORE the meter gets put in, than after.)  I had great response

from my electric utility--they kept the analog meter in place for me.  My water

utility wouldn't budge--they insisted on a smart meter.  So we insisted they

bury the meter in a hole at our property line.  They did.  The meter is

underground and accessed thru a hard plastic man-hole cover.  I can feel the

emfs about 15 feet from the hole, but not in the house.

An unusual thing, tho, is when my husband uses the water when he gets up in the

morning early, I can feel emfs from it.  However, later in the day he can use

the water and I will not feel emfs.  Also, when I wash dishes or shower, I do

not feel emfs from it.  I don't quite know what to think of this phenomena.

The emfs don't bother me greatly--they sort of vibrate my body.  But I wonder

if the increase in emfs early in the morning are from all the other people in

our neighborhood using THEIR water during " rush hour " , and their smart meters

are somehow increasing the emfs?  I should add, we have plastic water pipe, so

this would suggest emfs are flowing in the water, just as Sarjuna mentioned they

possibly could in an email awhile ago.

Also, it would be best for you to stay away from your house until this issue is

resolved as much as possible.  You will have the best outcome, long-term, if

you do.  Also, take the 3 kids!

Bless you,

Diane

Diane,

I'm glad to be able to help. It has taken me months and months of searching

to find some of this.

By the way, regarding my previous comment about Dr. Goldsworthy,

there is an audio recording of a speech he gave, where he explains the root

cause of the symptoms EHS sufferers experience. It is at

Hi again, ,

Thank you for sending me the talk Dr Goldsworthy had with his ES patients.  I

had not heard it yet.  I was not sure whether you were " pulling my leg " because

you sent this to me or whether you were just sharing as a newbie !  lol  (I

have a long history with the subject of tj permeability.)

Somebody recently sent me a post I wrote this forum on Oct 29, 2007 on the

subject--I have no idea whether that was the first post I wrote or not, but it

was a long time ago!  ;)

Thanks again--keep sharing!
