sending messages to the list

I was asked how to send a message to the board. So just in case there are

others out there, here is how to do it. It's very easy:

1. To send a message to the board just add this address to your address

book:

/

and write your message with an appropriate subject line and send to the

above address.

2. If you are getting individual e-mails, you can just " reply " to a message

if it is a subject you want to reply to.

3. If you are getting a daily digest, it's a bit more complicated. There

are two ways to do this:

1) highlight the message you're replying to

2) hit " reply " on the top of your mail buttons

(the message you're replying to should now be the only one in the reply box)

3) add your answer

4) put the correct subject in the subject box

OR 1) Open a new message box to send

2) address it to the list (you should be able to get a valid address from

your digest or send to:

/)

3) copy and paste the message you're replying to

4) add your new message

5) put the correct subject in the subject box

Of course if you're opting not to get e-mail you'll have to use #1 method

above.
