FYI. I have Dr Grim's permission to post his opinion on sodium:

INRE:

Circulation. 1975 Jul;52(1):146-51. Blood pressure, sodium intake, and sodium related hormones in the Yanomamo Indians, a "no-salt" culture.

"This is one of the key pieces of evidence that those who eat a low sodium diet have NO HYPERTENSION. Thus HTN is not a normal conditon-it is a condition of not feeding your genes correctly-ie how they evolved and how we evolved. Primal man had no access to salt other that what was in what he or she ate that occurred in nature. May your pressure be low! CE Grim MD Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine Professor of Epidemiology Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Hypertension"

Regards.
