Woman: BMR = 655 + (9.6 X weight in kilos) + (1.8 X height in cm) - (4.7 X age in years). About 1950 for 5'3",280 #, 45yo? Add activity cals, maybe 300? Why not drop in stages to 1270? I upped to 1950 to 2000, still eating the same foods and there has been no weight loss for almost 10 days. I think that I have to eat around that 1250 to lose any weight. Can you see any real problems with the 1250 number. Lots of the CRON-ies seem to eat that amount of calories and do really well.
