1) Hello everyone!

2) This recipe was given to me years ago by Swami Sarveshwarananda

Giri. I remember the Swami shedding many pounds with it, and I used

it for the same purpose (similar to why I am here, ja, ja). Swamiji

said it was old (in principle at least)and had sinergistic effects

amongs its components (kind of a yin-yan thing). I took it for a

while as the only food at night. Let me know if you have any comments

on it. I recommend to eat it with a spoon in a soup bowl, hot like a

cereal:

2.1 Roast in saucepan a handful of almonds in Ghee (you could use

butter, but Ghee is better, on how to make Ghee out of butter, look

for instructions in the Internet). Add fresh ginger, 2-3 seeds of

green/fresh cardamom, and a pinch of Turmeric. Roast at low heat for

a while.

2.2 Liquefy in blender with a cup of water.

2.3 Add a pinch of Nutmeg, and sweeten with pure Maple syrup.

2.4 Heat up.
