Guest guest Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 While I do believe that eating certain foods, getting exercise, and using a light box in the winter can be important tools in battling depression, they alone are not a cure in the short or long term. Each person's depression is unique, and they may not respond any of the above. What might work today, may not work tomorrow. Depression is the loss of the ability to know ones self.
