Guest guest
That is a dangerously low cholesterol level. He is headed towards other health problems-depression, muscle problems, possibly cancer. Avoiding all fats is foolish and not healthy. Guest guest
I heard Dr Caldwell a few weeks back either on KPFK or NPR. I didn't agree with a lot of his theories... When probed about some his theories, there was no response. About cholesterol, its been debunked years ago, Big Pharma jumped on this theory for statins and other dangerous meds. Cholesterol plays a very important part, here is a good article of many concerning cholesterol: http://metabolichealing.com/key-integrated-functions-of-your-body/cardiovascular\ /cholesterol-is-an-antioxidant-and-free-radical-scavenger/?stage=Live A heart attack can be caused by many other things, and cholesterol is at the bottom of the ladder, homocyeistine level is much more indicative as are other tests.
