Sorry, but grounding your bed is a bad idea. People on this forum were saying

grounding themselves made their ES get worse.

On the other hand, grounding your appliances, requires having a 3-pin cable

rather than a 2-pin cable. I think it's a good idea to choose appliances with

3-pins over 2-pins.
