If you can find a place that sells local raw honey that can desensitize you.

Also, stinging nettles in a capsule form can help allergies.

Hi guys,

I had allergies, they called it " Hay Fever " for over 40 years, since I was 3.

I'm talking MISERABLE allergies, going thru a box of kleenex in hrs! You could

have called me Rudolph the red nosed Reindeer! I had these allergies from May

all the way until the first frost, EVERY YEAR OF MY LIFE! Runny nose, itchy

eyes, swollen eyes, RED nose, I would lose weight every year because I blew my

nose soo much.

When I switched to organic food, got rid of: MSG/ Soy/ Pesticides/ and all the

hormones/anti biotics they inject in meat- my allergies were completely gone

within 2 weeks.

Funny part? Had an allergy test - showed NO allergies to food/pollen. **Shortly

after this miracle, I read : For allergies, ALWAYS LOOK TO THE ADRENALS. So by

connecting the dots, I realized that it was the CHEMICALS in food that was

setting OFF my adrenals. My brother used to get those " allergy shots " . He had

the same allergies. He got those stupid useless shots for 2 years and never

imroved one ioda. 6 years later and I'm still allergy free. And I used to be

allergic to CATS.....really bad. They don't bother me either!

My girlfriend took Quercetin with Bromelain for ES facial flushing last year. It

resulted in her having no Hayfever, which she normally gets badly. Apart from on

two occasions, for a couple of hours when she had not had the Quercetin.

Quercetin is apparently excellent at controlling mast cell reactions, and could

also be useful for Asthma.

process in noninvasive and takes about 8 treatments. The cost is cheap at $300.

I believe one can take two sessions a week. There are clinics at various

locations throughout the country. In California there is a clinic is located in

West Los Angeles run by a chiropracter, Dr. Carl Rothschild.

That's really interesting Lizzie because I have major adrenal issues. Mine

collapsed after long time exposure to mold & probably cell radiation. I am on

steroids & can't get off of them. I will look in to this. Loni
