However the vast majority of people do lose weight. In your case, it doesn't sound like you need to need much (if any) weight. We often suggese NOT focusing on weight, but to just start eating healthier (such as explained in the file: " CR Made Easy " . Then see what happens after a few months go by - no doubt you will probably lose some weight. ______________________ As far as fitday: we do recommend it in the files based on the recommendations of our members. However perhaps we should delete it if it's so unreliable. To newbie Greygardens: lots of members use Walford's DWIDP. Some prefer other software.
