I believe that the standard for CRON is 10-15% below " normal " body

weight. Now, that gets a bit loose when you try to determine

what " normal " body weight should be. For a male, age 43, 5'11 " , your

BMI of 23 places you squarely in the U.S. guidelines for a normal

range of 19-25 (which would span the weight range of 136-179 for you.)

Essentially, I suppose, you need to decide for yourself what you

consider to be a " normal " setpoint weight for you and then determine

what is 10-15% below that. Using common sense, of course, meaning

that if you feel uncomfortable (cold, trouble sleeping, low energy,

frequent colds or flu) at a certain weight, you may want to up your

intake a bit.

Best wishes.
