Yes that is most likely why he told you to stop the Golden Seal and Echinacea. As for your liquid liver I am not sure I know what this is!?!? Would you please explain it a little better so I can get a better idea of it please? Also what teas are you drinking? As for sweating, get yourself some ginger and make a fairly strong tea out of it. Fill your bathtub with hot water and a cup of Epsom Salts and make the water as hot as you can stand it, and get in and while you are in there soaking in this hot tub of water drink your hot ginger tea too. Stay in there for at least 1/2 hour and preferrabley 3/4 of an hour and keep drinking this ginger tea. I guarantee you will sweat and your body will remove toxins. The epsom salts will help to pull out the toxins, the hot water will open your pores and the ginger tea will raise your body temperature even higher making it easier for you to sweat. This is known as a poor mans sauna and is extemely effective. You can do this 2, 3 ,4 nights a week. You do want to take a cold shower afterwards though. This will help to close your pores again and rinse off a lot of the toxic debris that will be in the water. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. What exactly and in detail are you eating daily? What exactly and in detail are you drinking per day? Please list me all the meds and supplements that you are taking? How do you know you have melanosis in your intestinal tract and where at is it located, if you know? How often are you having a bowel movement? How is your heartburn doing now? I would greatly appreciate your answers to this as it will help me and the others alot. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Most likely the majority of your heartburn now is due to the turpentine. I would suggest your using Slippery Elm bark powder made into a gruel and eaten daily. You should also not eat a lot of nuts. Drink way more juiced fresh organic veggies and green leafy veggies. Do not use any citrus right now. Other fruits are fine especially apples if you can juice them. You want to cleanse your blood and kick start your liver so I would suggest that you add in beets to your daily vegetable juice along with celery, cucumber, carrots, garlic, onion, cabbage, etc. This would be about the best you could do for yourself at the moment. You should also blend up a head of green cabbage with water and put into a large enamel, glass or stainless pot or bowl using about a gallon of distilled water and cover it with plastic wrap and secure. Then place it out of the way for 4 days. Then strain out the pulp and refrigerate the juice and begin drinking it. It is a very good and very cheap probiotic. You can also eat the pulp as it will be very good for you also. Start eating organic flax seeds too. All the mucilage from the slippery elm and flax will help with your bowel movements and help to heal your bowels along with the juicing. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. I have organic flax seeds but > stopped because of my doctor saying that if it wasn't green then I > can't have it.... > > what about the goat's milk??? have your heard of goat's milk?? > > Love > > *//* -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Hi , Yes I have heard of goat's milk. It is not the same as cow's milk but is still not meant for human consumption. It is meant for baby goats. I am saying is you should be juicing and juicing and juicing. With intestinal and digestive problems you are better off not eating until these tissues and organs can heal themselves. They cannot do this effectively if you continue to put solid food into your system. This is why I suggest juicing. I suggest eating only slippery elm bark gruel and flax seeds. The mucilage will help to soothe and heal your intestinal tract and stomach. Juicing with raw veggies (if you can't get organic don't worry, juice anyway) will give your body the minerals it needs to repair and heal itself. It will also starve the candida as you won't be feeding it mucus forming foods. If you do feel you need to eat something make sure it is only raw green leafy vegetables. Don't have a juicer, well a blender will work. Just blend with sufficient water and drink. Just make sure you chew every swallow your take thoroughly before you actually swallow it. Candida loves sugar that is true. No candida does not eat the sugar but it likes the environment caused by refined sugars which is an acidic environment caused by the mucus forming foods like refined sugars, refined grains, preprocessed foods, meats, dairy products, coffee, alcohols, sodas, etc. But this is only refined sugar. Fruit sugars act very differently in the body as they are not mucus forming. Refined sugars are very mucus forming and that is what candida loves. So yes you may eat fruit. You are not going to can the cabbage juice and there is no way you can get any parasites unless you use bog water. If you use distilled water there will be no parasites. Bacteria yes, but the good kind like bifidus and acidophilous etc. You will not get ill using cabbage juice if you follow the instructions in the files. If they are not there then I will resend them to you. Yes you can juice turnips too. Beets are a must though if you can get them. If not do not be discouraged. Use carrots instead as they are quite blood cleansing too. Do not be afraid of using apples either. This is a fruit sugar and not a refined sugar. Use only slippery elm powder and mix it with enough distilled water to make a pastey gruel that you will then eat. You can add a little fruit juice to it or some cinnamon for flavor. Eat this in the morning. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Burdock root is an excellent blood cleanser, as is Red Clover, garlic, cleavers, golden seal, chaparral, Oregon grape, Poke root, Yellow Dock, nettles and a whole host of others. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
