Thumbs up for Trader Joe's Market

I think it was Suzie Cart who first posted about Trader Joes. Well I just

recently started shopping there and love it! They have many of the same

products as Whole Foods but cheaper. My beloved Yogi Teas are there, at

about 30% cheaper.

There are also all kinds of interesting frozen and jarred products to try.

I bought a chutney sort of vegetable spread (eggplant and other tasty

veggies) now that I'm trying to eat more eggplant. Of course as previously

mentioned they have the elusive unsweetened cranberry juice and other exotic

fruit and vegetable juices such as blueberry, all at competitive prices. I

mix the fruit juices with lots of water (a la Warren's fruit punch) to avoid

too many calories.
