hi marc

Thanks for recommending this forum

here is what i use

-samento from nutramedix. nutarmedix says its anti-vitrala and anti-bacterial,

but a lady who was trying to sell me her crap said samneto is just an immune

enhancer..in any event, i ahve had huge herxs from this; had to start at 1-2

drops a day

it is used as a lyme tretament as well as part of cowden protocol

i was using oil of oregano and GSE but since they are anti-bacterial, and i

believe yeast-fungus is an issue with me, i have stopped these two as i do not

want to kill the good bacteria with the bad

i also take inositol Hexaphosphate from NOW brand as this I eblive is primary

ingedient ins ome transfer factor remedies..i would confirm this as i am having

bad emf days along with lyme and mecury..so head is a sieve

and i believe infrared sauna kils bugs..i do 130-135 degrees for 20-25 minutes

5-6 times a week

--------------------------------------------------------------------for

fungus-yeast i do a 3 step remedy

A) candex-Pure Essence Labs-this(cellulase) is supposed to eat yeast cell wals

per studies

B) 200-40 billion CFu probiotics. I had to stop this (A-C)as i brought on an

incredible herx and bug-heavy metal distribution especially over fill moon

period. ie this is the part that you need to build good bacteria levels

C)caprylic acid-sustained release-Solaray brand. this is suppsoed to be as

effective and safer than nystatin

--------------------------------------------------------------------

clear up gut toxins

Cholestyramine (per Richie Shoemaker protocol) and Bentonite Clay-Great Plains

Bentonite Detox-32 fluid oz bottle,..sometimes this helps sometimes it does not;

I guess just depnds on what toxins we have floating around

yes, i agree and have used oil of oregano and at one pt could only take a drop

and it would give me quite severe head symptomns

gse also works very well I hear

however after thinking about it, and again this is only one perspective, I

believe in my case anyway, i have deficiency og good bacteria, due to being

poverrun with yeast-fungus for many years. I have proved this by if I take more

than 75 billion cfu probiotics i get the head symptoms, severe anxiety-head

fog-etc

so for now i am trying to avoid anthing that kills both good and bad bacteria

(ie oregano and GSE) as i already have wat I belive to be a very low good

bacteria level.

to me its math equation being an accountant; if i have say 60-40% bad to good

bacteria and oil of oregano/GSE kills equal amt of good and bad, then I am

digging a deeper hole when i use these two supps
