Guest guest
Dear Friends, I just read the Washington Post article. I had also seen numerous other pieces about calorie restriction for health and longevity, but this was the first one I saw that referred to people close to home. I live in Greenbelt, MD near Washington, D.C. Does anyone else live in land? Is there a land or DC group that gets together occasionally? I am a 57-year old professor at the University of land. I have had many health problems all my life, starting with polio and ending up with bad asthma (only periodic, I hope) and other things in between. I believe that an issue underlying much of this is malabsorption of nutrients, leading to a constantly lowered immune system. I have been working on ways to improve this situation. If anyone in the group has any experience with this, please let me know. Thanks,
