Guest guest
I've just joined, and perhaps this issue is already well discussed. But it wasn't mentioned in today's Washington Post article, and yet I've read something about it somewhere - namely, an extension of the " eustress " hypothesis - restricted caloric intake being beneficial even if not prolonged - I seem to recall an experiment in which the subject animals fasted one day, then ate ad libitum the next day, and on and on - my memory is that although they weren't as thin as the constant CR group, they lived about as long - has this been discussed here, and is anybody trying it for themselves?
