Have any of you heard of an over-reaction to pain or sensory stimulus period?

I've been dealing with this from the beginning. of this wireless illness

journey.

Know anything that helps? I''m having burning throughout my sinuses & head from

a nasal spray w grape seed extract. GSE alone can be harsh.. Won't use it again.

Kathy,

Sinus problems have been a big part of my experience with EHS from the

beginning. I tried to hit the sinus problem head-on by killing the bacteria.

All it seemed to do is make the bacteria more reactive coming back even more

strongly. The ONLY thing I found that worked is flushing my sinuses with a Neti

Pot using " NetiXClear " which is a mixture of Xylitol, Celtic Sea Salt, and

Sodium Bicarbonate. For awhile I had to perform this 3-4 times per day until

everything calmed down. After it calmed down, the burning decreased as well as

my EMF sensitivity. The Xylitol makes your mucus membranes slippery so that the

bacteria can't hang on. The Saline is soothing and healing to the tissues

Tips on this: use very warm water; blow your nose first before flushing, and be

sure to add the correct amount of water so that you have a true saline solution,

NOT a solution that is too salty which I found increases the conductivity in

your sinuses.

I think this will probably help. You can buy the NetXClear here at a discount:

A Neti Pot can usually be purchased at a Health Food Store.
