Hi,

I'd heard about the theory behind calorie restriction and longevity

years ago and it made a lot of sense even though I didn't do anything

about it. Well, I just turned 40 a few days ago and I think it's

about time that I try the idea instead of just being informed yet

passive.

I'm 6' and weight between 150/155 lbs. I workout regularly and I'm

in very good shape. I live in NYC. But I don't cook and almost all

my meals are bought from outside. I don't eat red meat or chicken

but I do eat fish (and a lot of it.) I have no interest in losing

any weight but I would like to gain more energy and of course slow

down the aging process as much as possible.

Does anyone know how I can go about forming a healthy yet calorie-

restricted diet for myself? Are there any nutritionist whom I can

consult/hire to help me devise a plan and stick to it? And can I

continue being as active as I am (and even more so) while on a

calorie restricted diet? And is it possible to maintain a muscular

body type with this type of diet? And does this adversely affects

one's sex life?

Anyhow, I am really happy to have found this site and I'm looking

forward to learning more about this concept. Meanwhile any

suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Al

DAve,

If you take enough epsom salts & water, it will move, mine did - the epsom

salts are key, as this relaxes the bile ducts

That's pretty big, over 3/4 of an inch.. Think about softening and

emulsifying first. Lecithin, malic acid etc. Kudos for retaining your organ.

Subject: Newbie Questions

Ok, to the Dr's dismay I left the hospital with my gallbladder and my

precious stones.

I want to flush, but I don't want to be hasty and get this stone stuck

in common duct or near the pancreas.

My stone is 1.8 to 2.4 cm -- is this small, medium or large?

The stone is stuck near the neck of my gallbladder. Is it really stuck,

will it move with a flush?

Do I need to soften the stone before I try the flushes?

Thanks,

Steve
