Hello:

I found this warning (below) on the Earth Clinic website. Has anyone had

their blood pressure rise with VCO? .........Bonnie

Warning: Coconut Oil is contraindicated for those with hypertension / high

blood pressure! But if you suffer from low blood pressure, this is a great

remedy for you.

Hi Bonnie,

I've actually found just the opposite to be true. I was able to get

my father off 2 blood pressure meds using coconut oil. His high

blood pressure was intractable.

A friend recommended this book, although I haven't bought it.

Die-off can cause high blood pressure, just like any other stressor.
