Oil Pulling - tooth filling came out

I had a silver tooth filling (amalgam) come out of a tooth. I oil pull

every day but not sure if that loosened it or not. My question is, do

you know if a composite filling is normally the safest type of filling

to get?

Amalgams tend to loosen up over the years. I have swallowed several

in my sleep and spit out several more over the decades. All the lost

amalgams were many years before I had ever begun to do oil pulling.

I never replaced the lost fillings. So I can't recommend a

replacement filling material.
