Guest guest
Nope we're not a vegen group... there are some here who are... Guest guest
Cool, cause you know i have lots of recipes! By the way, i did finally re-test the pasta maker with the sprouted grain flour. I found that i had to adjust the liquid because the mfg was counting on yucky processed flour and not sprouted whole grain which i think is a little bit denser and therefore needs a bit more liquid. It came out ok, i need more practice. Sylvia > > Hi, > > > > I didn't realize this was a raw or vegan list. Guest guest
Sylvia & As you know my DH is not into all the herbs, etc... so eating at my house is a challenge and many times I fix 2 meals... depending on what he wants (if I dont' want it).. but we don't always eat organic (even though I try) I get my meat from the farmer and we have it butchered by someone we know... I do stock up to a degree in the summer on veggies that I can freeze.. We do eat healthy here.... of course DH likes his snacks, etc...
