Hello to all. Read about this site in the paper and it sound like it

has people who think like I do.

I am 48 married for 24 years and am content. Three years ago I was

150 lbs and on my tiny frame that is heavy. I am 5'2 " and according

to the navy study I have a small frame.I wear children size rings and

bracelets. Most of my high school I ran at 120, until I married and

had a child. Went from 120-163. Bringing our daughter home, Weight

was 153. Stayed that for 3 years, went on a diet and dropped to

108#.Went back to eating too much and the weight crept back. So three

years ago I said I want to get OLD. That said I changed my way of

eating. I decided to eat the way a diabetic,(even though I am NOT a

diabetic) would eat limiting myself to 1200 calories. Lost weight

down to 106#. Then this fall I slipped back into my sweet mode. And

the fact that I am a passonate baker did not help. I went to 120 and

this time I would write everything down and not go over 1300. I am

now 110 and would like to get to 104#

I eat very little meat, mostly vegtables and fruits. Since I bake

bread I will some Have a slice. I will write it down and make it a

point to eat it in the am. I will make rice and potatoes for the

family, however the next day I will have left overs for my brunch.

Each meal is more of a snack. Some time I just have walnuts to hold

me over.

I dance for excerise and garden. Also have a mini trampoline that I

use almost every day. I want to stay small cause I dance and I feel

lighter on my feet.
